Welcome to ninetreats.com.  My name is Sam.  Most of my waking hours are spent working in the software business.  At the moment, that is creating and selling an online backup product called Mozy.

When I’m not working on software, chances are I am planning which restaurant I’m going to visit next, eating at one of those restaurants, reading about restaurants I want to visit, or in the kitchen cooking something that I think would be good served in a restaurant.

Besides software I had one excursion into the culinary world and worked part-time at the Deer Valley Ski Resort for a couple years in their bakery.

For now though, I’m content to make my living in the technology world and spend my free time thinking about, writing about, and cooking food.
